Comments: Hare Krishna. Yamuna is so enchanting, soothing to the mind&soul, sacred, beautiful with its ghats and devotees who centered their lives around Her. I've got the fortune to be on the holy dham and get the mercy of Yamuna's holy waters. Like me many of us live so far from Her but the moments I experienced by the Yamuna and on the land of Vrindavan keeps dragging my mind & heart there. I'm living with the dream of being back to the bank of the Yamuna, hear the sacred sounds and picturesque scene. Please keep the beautiful Yamuna as the previous generations remembers it and allow us to meet Her as such when we're there, back to Yamuna. Radhe Shyam, Hare Krishna

Comments: Jaya RadheSyama. Anyone who was ever visited Vrindavan has a special memory of the Yamuna with its many ghats and sacred sites. I have spent time in the Yamuna as a 10 year old, playing soccer with the locals on her lovely banks and swimming in her sacred waters. Preserving the holy ambiance of Sri Yamuna is of utmost importance to all visitors and residents of Vrindavan because it is this holy river that is such a big part of peoples pilgrimage and daily worship. PLEASE CEASE THE CONSTRUCTION OF THIS BRIDGE. Let her sacred waters not be shadowed by this bridge let her remain as she has for so long an unspoiled, peaceful, holy place of refuge for all. The construction of a bridge will cause irreversible harm to Vrindavan parikama and to the Holy atmosphere that makes Vrindavan the beautiful, untouched and sacred site that we have now.

Comments: I am joined by many thousands to support the campaign entirely to stop the proposed Yamuna bridge construction. Since this project is going to destroy and undermine the sanctity of India's most holiest Yamuna waters this must be stopped.

Comments: Hare Krsna,
Its time for India to take extra steps to protect Hindu holy sites. These are the only treasures that Hindu's have to be proud and for the sake of our future generation.
When I first visited Vrindavan 5years back, I was so attracted to every single places and Ghat pasttimes as I used to read in books only. Tears flow in me and I thank to my Dear LORD to give me opportunity to step in HIS land. Like me, I'm sure there are many out there have meaningful journey to Vrindavan or might have in future.
PLS PRESERVE OUR HERITAGE AND RELIGION AS OTHER RELIGIOUS DOES FOR THEIRS.

Comments: Please save the spiritual world of Nandanandana! Srila Prabupada opened this world for everyone to come and take shelter. As a national treasure it should be preserved, for all.

Vrindavan: Tourist Mecca: Don't Ruin it w/Bridge
By Raghu G
Many depressed countries from Africa to China (and even) Burma have come to embrace the privilege of having such National Treasures like those of their wild life parks or magnificent temples of yore. These sites have many competing commercial prospects, but their governments recognized the greater (economic) benefits gained in protecting the original charm of these places. It builds upon their national legacy while also tapping their unique economic rewards.
Vrindavan is the Disneyland of Vedic Times. Keshi Ghat is the Gateway to that Magic Kingdom used for generations in tales, poetry, paintings and photos of its vast wonder. It’s the veranda to Vrindavan’s charm. The bridge radically degrades this grandeur of Vrindavan’s distinctive mystique.
